PAPER STYLE

Authors are invited to submit full papers in PDF format through the conference website. Submitted papers must describe original work

Prospective authors should use ICAR Conference paper style (see ICAR2003.pdf). LaTeX style files and Microsoft Word template file can be obtained:

• LaTeX 2.09 style file: ICAR2003.sty .
• LaTeX 2.09 sample file: ICAR2003.tex .
• LaTeX 2e style file: ICAR2003.cls .
• LaTeX 2e sample file: ICAR2003_2e.tex .
• Microsoft Word sample file: ICAR2003.doc .
• All the above six files archived in a tgz file: icar2003.tgz .

The length of each paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (A4 paper size). A price will be established for publishing each extra page over the limited six pages in the conference proceedings up to a maximum of 8 pages.


ELECTRONIC PAPER FORMAT

Papers should be submitted in PDF format (Portable Document Format, as used with Adobe Acrobat Reader). Important information on how to generate appropriate PDF files can be found here. Please embed all fonts in order for your pdf submission to be correctly previewed with Acrobat Reader. Since the language of the ICAR 2003 conference is English, please remove from the document all the options that depend on the Chinese, Japanese, or Korean Language Support Packages (e.g. fonts of such languages).


VIDEO FORMAT

For each submitted paper, authors can submit an associated video. Video submission is optional. Videos should be submitted in MPEG file format. Videos should not exceed 3 minutes and 6 Mbytes file size.
